CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICY: Check in is from 3:00 to 7:00pm.. Check out is 11 unless otherwise agreed upon with the innkeeper. A $25 fee will be added to your bill for every hour you occupy the room past the check-out time unless you have made prior arrangements with our innkeeper.
A $100 key fee will be charged for not returning your room key(s) at check-out. Sorry!

MINIMUM STAYS: A two night minimum stay is required most weekends (Friday and Saturday) beginning in April through the month of October. A two night minimum stay is required on most public holidays. Ask the innkeeper for details when you make your reservation.

EXTRA GUESTS: Our room prices are for two adult guests. Rooms with a sofa or acceptable air mattress are able to accommodate extra guests. In order to have an extra person in your room please advise us in advance. A charge of $55 plus tax/fees per night will be added for each extra guest regardless of age, except in Isabella Suite, where the charge is $55, and guests have a comfy bed. If we are not made aware of extra guests at the time of booking, we will charge the extra person fee upon arrival.

PET POLICY: We welcome guests with pets WHEN we know about your pet! Please call ahead for availability as pet accommodations are limited. Pets cannot exceed 40 lbs. unless with special exception. Certain breeds are not welcome – please inquire. There is a $50.00 pet fee per animal for a 1-3 night stay, then a $10 fee per day thereafter. Pet damage deposit is $100, refundable at check out if there is no damage. If there is more damage than $100 will cover, the guests’ credit card will be charged with appropriate documentation of the charge to restore Inn to its former state.
Dogs must not be left alone unless they are crated and left in the guestroom’s bath unless otherwise discussed. Dogs must not be left unattended outside, and must be walked on a leash at all times. Owners are expected to clean outside after their animal’s waste or there will be a charge to guestroom of $25. Guests traveling with dogs must provide proof of current vaccinations and flea protection.

A deposit of one night’s rate per room is required at the time of the reservation, for a one to three night stay. For four or more nights and special packages or events’ stays, a 50% of the total is required at time of the reservation.
Reservations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will be charged in full and are non-refundable. All deposits must be made by credit card at time of reservation. All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card.

If notification of a cancellation is received at least (14) days prior to the arrival date (30 days notice for certain special packages, events and the month of October), the deposit is refundable less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room. If notification of a cancellation is received (14) days or less prior to the arrival date (30 days notice for certain special packages, events and the month of October), the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay. There is a $35 fee for changing a reservation. Cancellations may be made by email or letter.

We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. We will be happy to supply your travel insurance company with any needed documentation regarding our policy and your reservation. For insurance information please visit www.insuremytrip.com.

We offer all of our guests a smoke-free environment. For the comfort of all, smoking is permitted outdoors away from the windows and doors of the Inn. Thank you for your cooperation in advance!
A smoker who disregards our policy and renders a room unacceptable by smoking inside will be charged $250. Any loss of revenue due to cleaning to restore the Inn, or a guest room will also be charged to the guest.

We reserve the right to charge guests for any willful and/or reckless damage to our property which includes the interior decoration of our rooms and public areas. Any damage to/theft from the inn will be documented upon discovery and we will either replace or, wherever possible, clean the items and charge the guest for any documented expense.

Currently, use of Laundry is available guests occupying the Luxury Suite downstairs only, unless the Entire Inn is occupied by a single group or retreat. Permission for its use, maybe honored with expressed consent of Innkeeper

Currently, access and enjoyment of Chromatherapy Sauna and Shower and jetted tub in Spa area is available to guests occupying the Luxury Suite downstairs only, unless the Entire Inn is occupied by a single group or retreat. The Chromatherapy Sauna is available for use in conjunction to Spa Services. Guests of the Luxury Suite downstairs may enjoy its use between 9am and 9pm.
